About the Christian Readers Club
The Christian Readers Club is an online community designed to connect Christian authors and readers across a wide range of genres.
It was started by CJ Milacci and Karyne Norton, two readers and authors who wanted an efficient and fun way to find quality books to both read and share with their own readers. And yes, they need to meet up again so they can get a new picture.
Because even Christian readers have different preferences for content, our goal is to make this a transparent environment instead of labeling the books as “clean.” Authors are required to agree to our statement of faith before their books are included. They are also required to list their book’s content according to our content guidelines so readers can make the choice for themselves about whether or not they’re comfortable reading.
In addition to our “library” and content ratings, we strive to provide readers with free and discounted books, giveaways, and ways to connect with the authors and other readers outside of social media platforms.
Our club is entirely volunteer run. Any funds collected through affiliate income or author services are put into the maintenance of the website. If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer to give back to the community, please apply here.

How much does it cost to be a member of the Christian Readers Club?
What if I find a book that has content I don't agree with?
We ask all authors to agree to our statement of faith and to include content ratings. If you find content that contradicts our statement of faith, or that isn’t included in the content ratings, please send us a message so we can address it with the author. We can’t possibly read every book to verify the content, but we are committed to holding the authors accountable to honesty and transparency.
How do I recommend an author for the club?
You can either send the author an email and share the website or you can use our contact form to let us know and we can reach out to them.
What if I don't like the books?
As our library grows, you should always be able to find some you like. But if you find the club isn’t meeting your needs, you can simply unsubscribe from the emails and delete your account.
What if I don't want the notifications and social elements of the club?
That’s okay! You can pick your notification preferences and disable messaging. Then you’re free to browse the library as the introvert that you are.
What if I don't want the emails?
We’re committed to keeping the emails to a minimum and to providing quality content to feature Christian authors and books you might enjoy. But if you ever don’t want the emails, you can simply unsubscribe and you’ll still have access to your Christian Readers Club account.
